So my bank failed today.
Unlike my sister who’s airline failed after she bought tickets, I will not be getting hosed in the process. I was never worried as the FDIC guarantees my accounts up to 100,000. Sadly I don’t have 100,000 to be thus protected but what little I do have is just fine.

I figure I’ll sell cutesy pictures of dogs and cats on keychains that I can get for .02 in China and let people know that all the proceeds go to keeping animals sheltered and off the street.

Today I have officially been married for the last 13 years.
We have gone from Mississauga, to Brampton, to British Columbia (for a short time) and then to California in 2 different apartments.
We are seriously considering a return to Canada to the East Coast, the big question is whether it will be sooner rather than later.
