Reader Participation Needed

Ok, I found a web site that is supposed to find the best place for you to live in the US depending on your personal preferences.
I need you all to take the test and tell me where they throw you to see if it’s all a massive real estate marketing scam
Double Warning. It will take 10 minutes or so to answer all the questions and they do ask your mailing adress at the end of the quiz and don’t let you see the results unless you put it in.
Tomorrow I will show you the place that it chose for me.

For me - 24 places - here goes: 1-3) In New Mexico-Truth or Consequences,Carlsbad and Silver City. 4-5) In Kentucky- Murray and Hopkinsville. 6-
In Arizona-Page, Payson and Fountain Hills. 9) In Mississippi-Oxford. 10-15) In North Carolina-Winterville, Hickory, Morganton, Salisbury, Hendersonville and Mount Airy. 16) In Oklahoma-Guthrie. 17-19) In Tennessee-Paris and Maryville. 20) In Texas-San Marcos. 21) In Maine-Augusta. 22) In Georgia-Gainsville. 23) In Maryland-Salisbury. Last, but not least, we have 24)Alabama-Guntersville. You only got one?

Interesting. I don’t think I would ever move to the States, but I might check out one or two places just for fun. The questions were depressing. I find myself with few strong interests according to the survey.
My results were not posted. I must have hit the wrong key. Damn. Several Arkansas, Oregon, and, interestingly, Louisiana.
Interestingly because I think of Louisiana as hot and one of the only questions I strongly agreed on was that the climate had to be moderate and I hated long, hot summers.
This is pretty darn interesting. My top 5 are: Hot Springs Villiage, Arkansas (never ever thought that state would be in my top 20!); Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; Paradise, CA; Silver City, New Mexico; Holiday Island, Arkansas; Natchitoches, Louisiana
I may or may not be living near my hubby if this is right!

@Heather
Not sure where you avatar is coming from when you comment here. Could be that you set something up at wordpress,com?
I know on Killer’s blog to get an avatar I signed up at Gravatar.
@Charlene
I’m not surprised that Oregon showed up if you chose moderate as a preference. We drove through Oregon in October on our way up to Dad’s place and it was just gorgeous.
i may have. i remember looking into word press back when i first started blogging and decided that until could figure out how to work a simple application like blogger i really didn’t need to confuse myself with anything fancier.
i have a gravatar based avatar too that is a cat.
and when i comment at another blog the same avatar shows up as here but with a green background.
i have tooooo many. time to condense and clean up a bit i think.
spring cleaning here i come.
maybe.
@Charlene
For some reason only your comment seemed spammy to my spam filter… I took it out of the queue
I really want to do this, but I have this stance on sites that require your email. I don’t know why- I’ve done it before, but it always pisses me off.
Maybe I’ll do this later this week. I really would love to know what the test says.
